Kid’s E World — The Gardens Mall
During our two years in Korea, whenever the weather became unsuitable for outdoor activity, we had a go-to spot for our hyperactive child to blow off some steam — Little Prince Cafe. Here in KL, with temperature and humidity both in the 90′s on most days, outdoor playground is rarely a good option. Ever since we got here, we’ve been looking for the KL version of Little Prince. We’ve sampled quite a few options with various degrees of satisfaction for Ting Ting or us, but finally today, we found THE one — Kid’s E World. Situated on the 4th floor of the Gardens Mall in Mid-Valley, Kid’s E World (not sure what the E is doing there or what it is supposed to stand for) is a brightly lit, sparkling clean play gym full of slides, ball pits, trampolines, and toys to keep your kid happy for hours. And I mean hours. When we returned to check on our little monkey five hours later, she was not even close to being ready to leave. And for the parents, the Gardens and the adjacent Mid-Valley mall have tons of great restaurants, cafes, desert shops; there are two multiplexes, a bowling alley, a pool hall…you can get your hair cut, teeth cleaned, nail did, back massaged, pick up some groceries and even your car washed! A win-win. Oh yeah, we will definitely be coming back.
